"A frown may be sometimes for physic good, But not for food; / And for that raging humour there is sure A gentler cure" - John Donne

Breakfast - Airport Cafe Breakfast Burrito, because I was worried I would end up with heatburn if I didn't get something in my stomach
Snack - I mean those cookies, that refreshing cranberry juice, how can you not?
Lunch - Milk and Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwhich
Soda pop . . .  my old nemesis.
Dinner (as provided by my gracious brother and sister-in-law) - Veggie Heavy Meatloaf, Mash Potatoes, and Asparagus!

"And, most dear actors, eat no onions nor garlic, for we are to utter sweet breath; and I do not doubt but to hear them say, it is a sweet comedy. No more words: away! go, away!" - Shakespeare (Bottom), Midsummer Night's Dream

Breakfast - Again with the Danishes and Chamomile
Lunch - This is Ackee Saltfish and Johnnycakes from a Jamaican restaurant. That drink is a ginger lemonade. This lunch was a winner.
In addition to these, I drank copious amounts of water.
Appetizer - Just a simple bread and olive oil and pesto set up.
Dinner - Gnioccis with green beans and mozzarella. Please excuse the blurry photograph, I felt a little awkward grabbing a photo at this restaurant.
Dessert - Because I really wanted some tiramisu.

"You Banbury Cheese!" - Shakespeare, The Merry Wives of Windsor

Breakfast - Complementary Danishes and a Chamomile tea.
Lunch - This super great pizza.
These Jolly Ranchers were in front of me at every session of the conference I was at... so I ate a lot of them, but only the Cherry flavor.
Dinner - I went to a "mexican" restaurant and ordered a pork and avocado burrito "smothered" in green chili sauce. I was so hunger I forgot to snap a photo until afterward. I got it to-go because the restaurant was packed. There was a rolled up softish thing in the bag, so I assumed that they had put one of those packets of napkins and plastic utensils in there. Not so. It was a tortilla. So I got to the hotel, and found this wooden coffee stirrer. I cut up the burrito and tried to balance it on the stick and get it to my mouth. It didn't work super well.

"It is not the voice that commands the story; it is the ear" - Italo Calvino

My wife had to rush to  work, so she gave me the last piece of her bagel ... four bites, max.
 Breakfast. Because I was weak.
Lunch - I made a couple sandwiches for my wife and I. They were sauteed onions and peppers with scrambled eggs and cheese.  (I also had a poppy-seed muffin and a ham egg and cheese croissant that my wife brought home from work)
I mean, you can't beat cranberry juice on an airplane.
I found a Mediterranean Food place in Colorado Springs
I couldn't pass on the baklava. It was incredible.
Some Chamomile to calm the nerves as I read Moby Dick in the hotel room

"From a distance I noticed old Salamano standing on the doorstep. He looked flustered" - Albert Camus in The Stranger

Breakfast - These were on sale, and my wife and I wanted to know what Poppin Pebbles were like. It is basically Fruity Pebbles with pop rocks. . . but without the gooey, sugary feeling in your mouth... so yep; curiosity satiated.

I took my Lunch photo with snapchat instead of the camera app on my phone.... so it is lost in a 10 second sea of ephemerality. I had an Italian Sub with onion tomato and spinach. . .  and WAY too much honey mustard.

Mid-Afternoon Snack - Orange, Apple and Blueberry smoothie. It was like drinking an angels laughter.
Dinner - My wife made a crockpot curry.

"Seems like the cold would never go away and winter would be like the bottom of my feet but then it is gone in one night and in its place comes the sun so large and laughable" - Sherman Alexie in The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven

Breakfast - Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese
Lunch - PB and J and coleslaw
Dinner - Tomatoes, peppers and cheese on focaccia.
Paper writing snack - Blueberry Custard
